My Process

With over 10 years of experience in UX design, I’ve earned a reputation as a “business therapist”—helping organizations thrive by focusing on user-centered design and accessibility. My design background allows me to excel at framing complex problems, facilitating cross-disciplinary collaboration, and navigating ambiguity. I work to connect the dots across teams and lead them toward imagining new realities. My approach is grounded in truly understanding stakeholders, their motivations, and their pain points, enabling me to build solutions that not only resonate with users but also drive long-term business success.

I believe that strong relationships, clear incentives, and well-designed processes are the foundation of great products. By aligning with customer values and de-risking production, I help businesses create products efficiently and cost-effectively. My expertise spans a range of accessibility standards, including WCAG, WAI-ARIA, and ADA compliance, ensuring that my designs are both inclusive and impactful.

“If I had only one hour to solve a problem, I would spend up to two-third of that hour in attempting to define what the problem is.”

— Matthew Wakeman from the book UX Research - Practical Techniques for Designing Better Products
